Funding Priorities
The Ross Foundation has compassion for all children, regardless of their circumstances.  However, the Ross Foundation is most concerned with a young child who is vulnerable through no fault of his or her own.  Please refer to our Guidelines and Annual Report for examples of grants that we have funded.

The Ross Foundation has a special interest in helping:                        
  • The Ill Child
  • The Physically Disabled Child
  • The Injured Child
  • The Disfigured Child
  • The Mentally Disabled Child
  • The Emotionally Disturbed Child
  • The Child with little or no access to Education
  • The Learning Disabled Child
  • The Orphaned Child
  • The Child made Vulnerable as a result of Natural Disaster or Conflict
  • The Physically Abused and Neglected Child
  • The Poor-Disadvantaged Child
  • The Malnourished Child

The Ross Foundation makes grants in the following categories:
  • Equipment/Supplies
  • Emergency
  • Small Construction, Renovations, Building Purchase
  • Start-Up Expenses
  • Specific Project Support

We will also participate in matching or challenge grants.
